To maintain the integrity of our products, we do not offer returns however we will issue a refund only in the case of faulty items. If you receive a faulty piece, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly assist you. Kindly note that for reasons of hygiene and to ensure the authenticity of our products, we cannot accept returns for any other reasons.
